We pride ourselves on offering an integrated training package to all members of staff and all team members receive training on the ABPI Code of Practice.  Account handlers will attend HCA training courses and all personnel will attend in-house training on areas such as negotiation skills, budget management, media training and management skills.  These are carried out either by external trainers or by senior team members.
