Lesley Scott is the founder of hsdcommunications and is responsible for directing both international and domestic pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts. She provides high level strategic advice and guidance for communications programmes and brand planning, whilst also leading hsdcommunications’ growth. With over 20 years of ethical and OTC experience in many therapeutic areas, she particularly specialises in Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Infection Control, Medical Devices and Urology.
Before establishing hsdcommunications in 1998, Lesley held a variety of increasingly senior positions with leading communications agencies including the Grayling Group, Countrywide and the Shire Hall Group and became Board Director at Holmes and Marchant in 1996.
Lesley has an exceptional talent for developing and cementing relationships with both clients and key opinion leaders, and her focus on staff motivation and retention is unrivalled. Her philosophy of organic growth, combined with a comitment to excellence, has resulted in an agency which not only attracts new clients intrigued by this formula, but retains them by consistent and substantive delivery.
